      About Us

      The Merzdorf Fine Food production facility is located in the village of Marciszów in Lower Silesia – by the river Bóbr. Before the war, the village was known as MERZDORF, hence the company name. Our healthy chicken fillet breast snacks are produced during a 5-week maturation process. We use 200 g (even up to 400 g for the Crispy versions) of carefully selected and hand-cleaned chicken breast fillet for 100 g of the final product.
